A powerful dietary strategy is calorie restriction (semi-starvation). It can decrease inflammation and oxidative damage, improve cell function, and increase autophagy (the cellular self-cleaning and recycling process). It is the only proven way to slow the aging process and increase longevity, but very few people are willing to endure ceaseless hunger in order to stay young. Our approach is more doable. We combine several nutritional supplements that have each been shown to stimulate the same biochemical pathways as calorie restriction. We then adjust the time between meals. The resultant synergism leads to a an increase in autophagy and modulation of key cell-signaling molecules, including AMPK, SIRT1, p53, FOXO, mTOR, and carbonic anhydrase. The net effect may represent one of the most powerful anti-aging strategies available, not only to extend lifespan, but also to decrease susceptibility to chronic, degenerative diseases, and increase cellular regenerative capacity!

Is this the Fountain of Youth we’ve all been looking for?
